Refunds
If it’s not right, we fix it or refund you.
A book made for one child is not something you can judge from a description, so the promise has to cover being disappointed.

The promise
If you are not happy with the book, tell us and we will remake it. If the new one is still not right, we will refund you in full. There is no window to argue about and no form to fill in — you reply to the email your book arrived in.
Before it is made
Cancel any time before production starts and you get everything back. Production starts when we confirm your payment, so if you change your mind in that first hour, just say so.
After it is delivered
Reply to the delivery email and say what is wrong. Most things — a name spelled the way you did not want, a page that does not sit right, a character who does not look like your child — we would rather redo than refund, and redoing is usually same-day.
Ask for a refund instead and you will get one. We will not require you to accept a remake first.
If we are late
A book and a read-along film are guaranteed within 24 hours; a story film, which is built scene by scene, within 48. An order with more than one format is guaranteed by the slowest one in it. Those hours are counted from the day your order goes into the studio — if that is not the day you ordered, we tell you the date before you pay. If we miss that window, you can take a full refund whether or not the order eventually arrives.
What a refund does not cover
We cannot refund a book because the details you gave us were wrong — a misspelled name we printed exactly as typed, for instance. We will still remake it, and we will usually not charge for that, but it is a remake rather than a refund.
How long it takes
Refunds go back the way the payment came, and we start them the day you ask. How quickly the money lands is up to your bank or wallet provider, not us.
